Refund Policy
Refunds for Damaged Items Only
All prints and products from D.K.World‑Photography are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final.
Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged.
To request a refund for a damaged item, you must:
contact us within 48 hours of delivery
provide clear photographs of the damage
keep all packaging until the claim is resolved
We do not offer refunds for:
change of mind
personal preference
ordering the wrong size
“not matching décor”
buyer’s remorse
This policy is fully compliant with UK consumer law for custom‑made artwork.
Delivery Policy
UK Delivery Times
All prints are produced to order. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

Lost or Damaged Parcels
