These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the D.K.World-Photography website and to purchases made through our online shop.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer
3. About D.K.World-Photography
D.K.World-Photography is an independent photography and creative-art business.
We offer photographic artwork, AI-assisted and AI-created artwork, mounted and framed prints, greeting-card sets, mini-print sets and A2 children's posters. We also undertake selected commissioned artwork and may offer separate commercial image and artwork licences.

4. Using this Website
This website is provided to showcase our photography, artwork, creative services and products and to allow customers to purchase selected products online.
You agree not to:
use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website;
access or attempt to access areas of the website that are not intended for public use;
copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
introduce malicious software or other harmful material.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
5. Our Artwork and Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that photographs, artwork, colours, descriptions, dimensions and product information shown on the website are accurate.
Images displayed on screen may appear slightly different from the finished physical product because of differences between screens, monitors and printing processes.
Products may be subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product or collection, but this will not affect an order that has already been accepted except where we are unable to fulfil the order and the law allows us to cancel it.
6. AI-Assisted and AI-Created Artwork
Some artwork available through D.K.World-Photography may be:
traditional photographic work;
traditionally edited photography;
AI-assisted artwork; or
AI-created digital artwork.

The use of AI does not change the terms applying to the purchase of the physical product. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights are addressed separately in our Legal Notice, Copyright & Licensing information.
7. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable to the products at the time of purchase.
Where applicable, delivery charges are shown separately and are either stated on the website or calculated at checkout.
We may change prices for future purchases. A price change will not alter the price of an order that we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing or product-description error occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If the correct price is materially different from the price displayed when you ordered, we will give you the opportunity to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel the order and receive a refund where appropriate.
8. Placing an Order
When you place an order through the online shop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and amend the order details and must confirm the required information at checkout.
Once payment has been successfully authorised, Hostinger will automatically send an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received and is being processed.
This order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms the contract between you and D.K.World-Photography for the goods listed in the confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, such as the product being unavailable, an obvious pricing error or a technical error affecting the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
9. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered through the website checkout.
You must provide accurate information when placing an order.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.
10. Delivery
Delivery arrangements, estimated delivery times and applicable delivery charges are provided on the website and/or at checkout.
We aim to deliver photographic artwork within 28 days. As our artwork is produced to order, production or delivery may occasionally take longer than anticipated. If we become aware of a significant or unexpected delay, we will keep you informed.
Delivery charges and the applicable delivery service will be shown on the website and/or at checkout.
Delivery is currently available within the United Kingdom only. If you are located outside the United Kingdom and wish to purchase from D.K.World-Photography, please contact us before placing an order. We will consider international orders on an individual basis and confirm whether delivery is possible and any applicable charges, taxes or duties before accepting the order.
Our separate Refund, Returns & Delivery Policy provides further information about delivery, delays, lost parcels, damaged goods, cancellations and refunds.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our delivery arrangements.
11. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Customers purchasing standard products online have statutory consumer rights, including cancellation rights where applicable.
Details of cancellation, returns, refunds, faulty or damaged goods and any applicable exceptions are set out in our separate Refund, Returns & Delivery Policy.
If you make an error when placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to stop or amend the order where production has not yet commenced.
Once production has commenced, it may not be possible to amend an order. However, this does not affect any statutory cancellation or other consumer rights that apply.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
12. Commissioned Artwork
D.K.World-Photography may accept selected commissions for prints or artwork.
Commissioned work is agreed individually with the customer and may involve specific requirements concerning the image, size, format, editing, colour treatment or other agreed specifications.
Before work begins, we will confirm the agreed requirements and price with the customer.
Where commissioned or personalised artwork is made specifically to the customer's requirements, different cancellation and return rules may apply where permitted by law. Any applicable terms will be explained to the customer before the commission is accepted.
Commissioned artwork does not transfer copyright to the customer unless a separate written copyright assignment expressly states otherwise.
13. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All photographs, original artwork, AI-assisted artwork, AI-created artwork, written content, branding and other original material created or owned by D.K.World-Photography remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying photograph or artwork.
Customers may display purchased physical artwork privately in accordance with the intended use of the product.
Customers must not reproduce, scan, copy, digitally distribute, commercially reproduce, resell or create derivative products from our artwork without written permission.
Separate commercial and other licences may be available for selected works.

14. Commercial and Image Licensing
Where D.K.World-Photography grants a licence to use an image or artwork, the licence will be subject to the specific written terms agreed with the customer or licensee.
Licences may, where offered, be available for periods including 1 year, 3 years or 5 years.
A licence does not transfer copyright ownership unless expressly agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, use of the licensed material must cease when the agreed licence period expires. Continued use requires a new licence.
The permitted use, duration, territory, distribution, exclusivity and any other restrictions will be confirmed as part of the individual licence agreement.
15. User-Generated Content
Where the website allows customers or visitors to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other material, you remain responsible for the content you submit.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, misleading or infringes another person's rights.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it and grant D.K.World-Photography permission to display it on our website and associated promotional channels where reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was submitted.
We may remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these requirements.
16. External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
These links are provided for convenience or information. D.K.World-Photography does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
17. Website Availability and Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from errors.
We may update, change or remove website content where reasonably necessary.
Such changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted.
18. Liability and Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or otherwise fail to meet requirements imposed by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or legal requirements.
The version applying to your purchase will be the version in force when your order is accepted.
The latest version will be available on this website.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the law.

Important – Our Prints Are Produced to Order
Most of our photographic artwork is produced specifically following your order rather than being held as finished stock.
Please check your order carefully before completing payment. If you realise you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop or amend the order before production begins.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. For personalised or bespoke products, different cancellation rules may apply, as explained below.
D.K.World-Photography does not hold finished print stock for most of our photographic artwork. When you place an order, your selected product may be produced specifically following receipt of your order through our professional printing partner.
For standard, non-personalised products, your statutory consumer cancellation rights continue to apply. The fact that an item is produced following an order does not, by itself, remove those rights.
If you have made an error when placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to stop or amend an order where production has not yet commenced. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to amend the order.
Where a product has been specifically personalised or made to the customer's specifications, the statutory right to cancel for change of mind does not apply to that product. We will identify such products clearly before you place your order.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If your goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, you retain your rights under applicable consumer law.
1) TERMS OF SALE
1.1 Eligibility and placing an order
To purchase goods online from D.K.World-Photography, you must be aged 18 years or over.
When placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
You are responsible for checking your order details, including product selection, size, quantity, personalisation, delivery address and any other information you provide, before submitting your order.
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you submit your order.
1.2 Checking your order
The ordering process allows you to review and amend your order before payment is made. Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
If you identify an error after placing your order, please contact D.K.World-Photography immediately. Where production or processing has not yet begun, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the error where possible.
1.3 Order confirmation and formation of the contract
When you place an order and payment is successfully authorised, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email from D.K.World-Photography confirming that your order has been received and is being processed.
The order confirmation email confirms acceptance of your order and forms the contract between you and D.K.World-Photography for the goods listed in that confirmation.
Your order confirmation will contain details of the products ordered, quantities, prices, delivery charges, discounts where applicable and the total amount payable.
Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you believe any information is incorrect. "once you have received the order confirmation, this will then form the contract..."
1.4 Personalised or specially customised products
Where a product is made to your specific or special requirements, you are responsible for ensuring that any information, measurements, wording, images or specifications supplied by you are accurate.
If you provide incorrect information or specifications and the product is produced in accordance with the information supplied by you, D.K.World-Photography cannot accept responsibility for errors caused by that information.
If you identify an error, you should contact us immediately. Where production has not yet commenced, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the information where possible.
Where a personalised or specially customised product has been produced correctly in accordance with the information supplied by you, cancellation and refund rights may be affected by the nature of the product. Please see our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy for further information.
If an error is caused by D.K.World-Photography, we will put the matter right in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, which may include providing a replacement or refund where appropriate.
1.5 Payment
Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on the website.
We will not begin processing or producing an order until payment has been successfully authorised.
The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges and discounts, will be displayed before you submit your order.
Once payment has been successfully processed, your order will be confirmed in accordance with clause 1.3.
"You do not own the goods until we have received full payment and have posted."
1.6 Made-to-order photographic artwork
Most photographic artwork sold by D.K.World-Photography is produced to order. This means that your chosen artwork is produced specifically following receipt of your order.
Production will normally begin after your order has been confirmed and payment received.
Once production has commenced, it may not be possible to amend or cancel an order where the goods are being produced specifically for you. However, this does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to your order.

1.7 Delivery
We currently deliver orders to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Our normal delivery aim is 14–28 days from confirmation of your order. In exceptional circumstances, delays outside our reasonable control may occur. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and advise you of the expected delivery date.
If we become aware of a significant or unforeseen delay, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
If you are located outside the United Kingdom and wish to purchase from D.K.World-Photography, please contact us before placing an order. We will consider international orders on an individual basis and will confirm whether delivery is possible and any applicable delivery charges, taxes, duties or other costs before accepting the order.
1.8 Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects or limits any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
Where your legal rights provide you with a right to cancel, return, repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, those rights will continue to apply.
